Assisted a sixty-three-year-old fully paralysed and speech-impaired patient in communicating. A rare combination of two neurodegenerative disorders, namely Progressive Supranuclear Palsy and Multiple System Atrophy had led the patient to a locked-in syndrome. Operating the system, the patient, for the first time in months, articulated her thoughts and needs to her family.
